About the event
Through a special collaboration with Sophia Unfolds, the regular last Tuesday of the month yoga/soundbath events will be augmented by the energy of the Full Moon. We orient together to the rhythms of nature through accessible movement, group process, and deep relaxation.
All are welcome.

Yoga mats and blankets are available on site for your use, and you are welcome to bring your own items. No experience necessary. Wear clothing that is comfortable for easeful movement and deep rest.
